The Tellers and or the Credit Union's Cashier's Check printing withdrawal policy needs to be all on ONE POLICY! Requesting Cashier's Checks for withdrawals of large sums of money, to pay bills with other businesses, depending on which Teller I go to, I get charged 6.00 for printing the check. The other credit union I belong to, offers free Cashier printed checks. I don't have a lot of confidence if the Tellers aren't on the same page as far as junk charges for customers are concerned. The teller that didn't charge me says they would rather print out a check anthan empty their drawer of cash.. I'm considering moving on

I’ve had an excellent experience with CommStar Credit Union. Their member service is professional and friendly. Getting a mortgage loan was stress free and easy when purchasing a home. Their lending staff is very knowledgeable. They make the entire process smooth and stress free!
