I’ve used EFCU for over 30 yrs and highly recommend using them. Lori at the Euclid Branch is the absolute Best in taking care of any issues , needing transfers or raising my daily limit, quickly & efficiently, No matter what it is. I have called her personally on numerous occasions for several years. She’s always very kind and takes care of my issues /matter right then or she WILL get back with you! Unlike others who don’t even return your call. I live in western Ky and I feel as tho I know her personally even tho we have never met in person. Thanks so much Lori for always being prompt and for being the professional person you are in handling all of my accounts. You earned my trust years ago . I truly appreciate you! The 5 stars are cause of YOU and YOUR dedication to doing your job quickly and efficiently .

I went to the Chardon Ohio , being it was a shared branch, and had a lot of issues on my end with the c.u. I normally use. I was so frustrated I was ready to give up and Ann the teller on staff, stepped in and helped me resolve my issue, by taking the time and showing she cared...She must have been sent from up above! I am so grateful for her and her patience, She won me as a new customer for her kind ways and caring heart! I recommend Eaton family Credit Union to anybody, top notch service Ann your the best!

I’ve had such a positive experience with this credit union! The staff is always friendly and patient, and I especially want to mention Debbie. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable every step of the way. She always makes sure I understand everything and feel taken care of.
