I have been banking here for a long time and to find out that they dont deal with international money is quite upsetting. I should be able to deposit euros in my account or transfer internationally.

I've been banking at west side fremont federal credit union for about 14 years now. I didnt have problems until they received their current manager. She doesn't know how to manage her team. As a result her team doesn't respect their customers and has poor customer service skills. When a complaint is made with her, the same issues continues and get worse. They require a slip to be completed during transactions, hand the teller the slip, and they still ask what you need them to do. Then they attempt to complete the transaction and mess it up. After filing complaints with the manager, she won't even look at my wife or I whenever we are in the branch now. The last time I was in the west side branch, she was training a new manager for a different location and I feel she should not be training, as she should receive training herself. It is a completely difference experience when you go into any other Fremont Federal branch. All the other locations are polite, welcoming, and have great customer service skills. The West Side branch has significantly gone downhill and the manager should be looked into and observed for how she handles her customers and her team. Your team reflects their leader and she is a poor example of one. If I could get this branch -5 stars I would. When Kelly was at the west side branch, it ran great. The east side is lucky to have her and I'll only go to their branch now.

I called when the bank was closing in 11 minutes. I was kept on hold for six minutes and when the lady finally answered instead of helping me dispute a charge, she lied and gave me wrong information so she could go home at 5 o’clock. I’ve been with this bank for 16 years, and the lack of customer service is astounding. Take your money somewhere else!

My husband and I both had the soup and salad bar for $7.29 each. The soup was kept in the kitchen but refills were included. The soup flavor was excellent. The salad bar was dress and included fruit, Jello and yogurt parfaits. The server was superb, friendly & checked on us frequently. Would definitely stop here again if we are in the area.

I will never bank, or finance anywhere but at FFCU!! The hands down have the most amazing employees. The loan officers are so helpful, sweet, & understanding. They have always gone above & beyond for my family & I. Highly recommended!!
