Unbelievably awful. Non-existent customer service. They will charge you more if you want to finance an older automobile. Their website doesn't even work to pay the financing and they refuse to call you back or offer help!! Truly unreal. Absolutely avoid.

Worst “bank” ever. Applied for an auto loan, no one ever got back with me. I called one time they said someone will call me. Still nothing. Over a week! Who runs this credit union - they should be fired. I am moving all my accounts to another credit union. I have zero patience for crap service. And for Gods sake provide your members with a functioning ATM that’s not from the 1980s. Stingy cheap.

I’ve been a customer for 26 years but only due to the dread of changing all of my banking info everywhere I have an account. They have been awful the whole time. They have tons of rules to make banking a nightmare (including not cashing savings bonds), limited ATMs and locations that happen to be no where close to where I live, and overall, garbage service. Today was the last straw when they would not deposit an $80 double endorsed check because my partner is not a customer. They’d like him to take a day off of work to come in with his ID to deposit an $80 check. I am leaving and never looking back.

I have been a member of Credit Union of Ohio for almost 20 years and I will continue to bank there indefinitely - here's why. From day one, I have received nothing but professional, courteous and friendly service as well as super great rates on credit cards, auto loans and most recently a home equity loan. Application processed are easy, painless and are always processed quickly. Any time I have ever had questions, I send a quick email and my questions are always answered with very quick turnaround. When I have need to talk to someone via phone, I am always able to connect with an actual person without delay. Also, the Credit Union of Ohio mobile app is well designed and works flawlessly. There are plenty of branches throughout Columbus and I am never more than a few minutes away from one should I need to visit one. Simply put - Credit Union of Ohio is the best!
