It would be nice for someone to return my call seeing as though the app is in shambles after this new “upgrade” & has been for days now. I have called & left several messages! The roll out for this was not handled well & there has been very LITTLE correspondence on social media & absolutely no customer service for those that are unable to go to a branch in person! I will be closing my account moving forward. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the last straw for me.

I have never known any Banker institution that has your money or whether you owe them money and you can't get any response back from them on when and how we are to assess our money some of us are handicapped some of us just can't make it into the branch so what are we to do

Workers are nice but it’s always something going on with the credit union. Now another new update and no access to my account after the date we were supposed to have access. Only having access to one ATM is crazy with all of the Jeep workers in the area

I have been with this credit union since 2016. I am usually pleased with the service and reliability of this institution. Since recent changes I am rethinking my choices. I will have to see what the new updates are like 👍🏽

No problems, only downside is the inconvenient location of the branches and difficulty in making phone calls. Otherwise, no complaints. Member since 1978.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
