Had a terrible experience here. I tried getting a personal loan for a car that was over 10 years old. They mentioned it would be an easy process as my credit was good. I had to submit more information and when I sent it over email, Marta never responded. I called and she said we needed more information. Then I went back in another Saturday and worked with another person and she said the underwriters would look over the loan on Monday morning and she would call us back if we needed anything. Called back Monday morning after not getting a call and was told they’d call back since the underwriters couldn’t get to it that day. I didn’t get a call back, so I called back the next day and was told the loan workers were out for lunch. They told me they’d call me back but I knew better, so I said I’d call back myself. I called back a couple hours later and they were still somehow out for lunch, and I was told Marta would call me back that day after taking my name and number. Guess what, I never got a call back. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a credit union. Please do not go with them!

Very friendly staff and amazing service! My husband and I switched to this bank and have had nothing but great experiences. Every time we go we insist on seeing Lila. She is so sweet and friendly and takes a lot of interest in talking with us! We also enjoyed working with Marta when trying to get a home loan. She is was so kind and helpful.

Signed up with this credit union about 6 years ago when I was living in Ohio. I’ve never had any real concerns with the customer service, access online is ideal and overall a good company to do business with. I would recommend them to family and friends.

As a member of this credit union I'm always grateful for this branch and their employees who always go above and beyond for me and my family. It's been both a pleasure and an honor to be a part of this branch who makes me feel like family. The manager is so wonderful and gracious all the tellers have smiles and very professional demeanor when I approach them... especially Idalia she makes my day and i will never forget her name and how she provides me with quick and curious service. Anyone looking for an outstanding bank this is the place to go. Thank you all for all you do for me and my family.

As a member of CFCU, the customer service from all the tellers and Manager Marta is outstanding. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile and I'm always in and out quickly. It is obvious they all work well together and it makes it a positive environment. Marta is very knowledgeable and the teller Idalia always has beautiful nails and dressed so professionally. They make me feel like I'm part of the CFCU Family. Love this place and their staff.
