I came here for their shared banking system and have repeatedly and consistently had trouble with them not being able to find my New York state bank, even though it would repeatedly prove that the teller simply overlooked it in the system. Now things have gotten even worse, when my New York bank went through a merge; even though my bank has confirmed repeatedly that they are part of the system and that Taleris has their information, and given me all the different ways for Taleris to find them, still Taleris can't seem to pull them up. Tried to call repeatedly to work things out with Taleris and never can get through. Add to this inconsistent hours that, while publicly posted outside the building, are therefore not much help until you get there and find out it's closed, it's just easier to go elsewhere.

One of the worst financial institutions I’ve ever dealt with. Online banking/payments don’t work. The actual brick and mortar location doesn’t have a lobby that’s open. Called the phone number while in the drive through trying to reach someone. “You’re first in line” then it sends me to voicemail. I can’t wait to buy out my wife’s car loan and move to different loan provider. I will say the lady at the drive up window was very nice and patient with me today. Thanks Lori!

I've been with them since 2020, and my family members for over 10 years. 100% the worst experience I've ever had. I wish I had left sooner and here's why: My family and I all have had continuous problems, and when addressed we're always told that they can't do anything about it. You're also not allowed to apply for credit card companies because they don't allow third party companies to check your bank statements. Their atms and services are constantly down. There's only one Taleris and Taleris atm so if you use an outsider atm, you get charged. When I finally built up the courage to close my account, the inside was closed during open hours, and the drive through services were all down. You can only make a tellerID with a windows computer. They are incredibly restrictive with OUR money. Good luck pulling out the amount of money you need, even with a passport and ID. They constantly make mistakes and refuse to admit they did anything wrong, until days later you get a call back saying they typed in your name, number, and bank info wrong with no apology. You're lucky if you even receive and answer or a call back. I could seriously rant about their poor service for hours. They do not even deserve one star.

Do not join this credit union. They are incompetent. My ATM card expired over two months ago, and I had moved. I have sent them the updated address several times and one person I talked to there said that the address information had been updated. I have been calling repeatedly to get my new ATM card and was told multiple times that a new card had been sent, and then a replacement to that card was sent because I never received it. Today when I called to find out why the new card had not yet been received, when the person on the other end verified my address, they had the totally wrong address in it -- not even close to my old or new address! I told them to rush a new card to me and was told they can't do rushes because they have another company that sends out the cards. I called BS, because even if this is true, that other company works for them and they should be answerable to Taleris not Teleris to them. So, another 7-10 business days until l get my new ATM card and when that happens, I'm closing the account, getting all my money out and getting a savings account at a real bank.

I have been with this credit union for over 3 decades and honestly have never had a real issue. When I call or go inside, I always have great service. However with this recent breech in my account, as well other members, the lack of expedition on getting a new bank card I find frustrating. I realize that it is outsourced but with multiple members being effected I would think that they would want to somehow make the situation better. This is not the case. This is not a reflection of those that work at that branch but as an instution.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
