I've always had very helpful experience at both locations in Kenton. Everyone at counters are polite and yet professional. Krane has helped me quite a few times in the past.

I've lived all over the US and overseas, but Quest FCU in Kenton, Ohio will always be my #1 choice for banking. 1) When I call, I get to speak with a human being, and I don't have to go through 5-6 different prompts to get to a teller or loan officer. 2) The quality of service I get is simply outstanding.
