My experience was great from start to finish! Chad was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions. So easy with being able to sign preliminary documents online and then the final signing in person at the office! Thank you!

I must say DayAir Credit Union is terrific, helping us obtain our loan when lots of others wouldnt.Starting with Molly on our approval, Chad stayed in touch emailing documents, & Beckey helped us start membership,and saved us money on our loan approval with them. sooo when I moved i was not use to the new kiosk platform however I want to make it known that Krista!!!! walked me through the whole process & was extremely patient & super friendly!!! Also now id say 9 times out of 10 she pops up as the one to help me out with whatever I need & we just have a blast!!! so much fun seeing her & we can chat & laugh & still get things done. I love it when she is the one who shoes up on my screen. I feel like I know her well & I would say she is my friend. I love seeing a friendly face after I get off work that woman needs a raise lol im just saying she is the best! I love this credit union & it makes my whole day when she pops up on my screen! 😃😃 I go to the Vandalia location Krista is awesome!!!! 👍👍👍👍
