Said I owed the $400 dollars from 12 years ago and couldn't open an account. It was call Marion Community Credit Union. So all you did was change your name but the company never changed. Nice! However, like many others have said (in the reviews), since you bring this up. I am NOT paying for someone else fraud. What I remember and one of the main reasons I left is you allowed fraud on my account and then told me I had to pay for another debit card. From what I read you are still doing this to this day. This is NOT how banks work in the real world. I have had fraud happen many times and I have never ever paid for it. This is why I left your bank and if you are the same bank with just a name change then I am glad I didn't come back. My dad was the one recommended me to you and I decided to try again. But not when you are still stuck on saying I owe you money when I never ever owed you anything. There are too many banks out there to choose from. Again I know this didn't just happen to me, because I see this happened to other people per the other reviews and ITS STILL GOING ON, I bet you blame the your constituents instead of the hackers, scammers and etc. for the fraud that goes on, instead of your customers. If I would've known it was the same bank. I wouldn't have even attempted to come back. If you value your money, leave this bank. They will say its your fault and make you pay even after 12 years.

I absolutely love our Pillar Credit Union, all the employees are very friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean and it's in a great location. I've been with them since 2010 and I hope that I never have to go anywhere else.

I've been a member for years now, even before it was Pillar. It is A great place, they really helped us with our home loan and they made sure it was covered with insurance. My husband has sense passed, and insurance covered the rest of the loan. I give them stars!

I have always felt credit unions were the way to get personalized service and help in individual “situations”. Sadly I must be the one in a million that did not qualify for that. I will not understand why I could get a “signature” loan for thousands of dollars that was paid on time and paid off early, but when I applied for a loan that had a physical return “collateral” if the payments were not made, I “could not qualify” and nobody had the time or offered to sit down and look at options, I was just “dismissed”!!! I have a new outlook on credit unions now and closed my account to find a personable solution.
