Cori is an excellent representative of Glass City Federal Crefit Union. From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left, I felt right at home. She took time to answer my questions & never made me feel like I didn’t belong there. What a difference a personal interaction can make! Happy Holidays!!! I have been a member of this CU for years!! I have been able to come into contact with beautiful people that work here. I have to admit Heather Periat has been a true Gem. I was struggling! And she made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything. I am blessed to meet her and various other people who work here. They are very supportive and respectful. When my wife passed away a couple years ago, I had no clue what was going on with our accounts. Heather helped me out big time getting everything in order for me. Everytime I walk thru the door Patty greets me with a hello and her friendly smile. Today I had a debit card issue and Brittany hooked me up and answered my 1000 questions and treated me like I'm part of her family... The folks at the Arrowhead branch go above and beyond to help.....

I would recommend Glass City to anyone looking to buy a home. Everyone I’ve talked to has been to pleasant and helpful. Their whole mortgage department has gone beyond anything we could ask for, but especially Lynn who communicated with me so much during our process- answering any question or concern I had. The communication and customer service we had made us want to switch all of our other accounts to them, which we are in the process of doing. I hope this helps every new buyer looking for a lender. They are so kind, and they truly care about their customers. I don’t have enough good things to say about them! Thank you all so much!!!
