This is my first time working with a credit union and Jennifer Reshetar helped me with an auto loan. Not only is she a lovely person but she made me feel so comfortable and the process was SO easy. It literally felt like sitting down with a close friend helping me make a huge decision! I highly recommend Cardinal and Jennifer for your loan needs.

I don't know what happened to the service they used to provide. I was a customer there for 15 years and recently had to move and switch banks. I started getting emails and phone calls asking is I still planned on paying my credit card bill. I was at work and when I told the person on the phone that I was working they responded with, "well, how am I supposed to know you are at work?". I explained to the woman that I had missed 4 days of work in January and she scoffed and said "well I'm just trying to figure out where you work that you can say you missed 4 days of work due to weather." I told her that schools were closed across the state and a lot of people missed work. I ended that call. A few days later she called again. I had just been in a car accident and I explained I would have to deal eith that before the credit card bill. Not ideal but it is life and unfortunately that is the circumstances. I also asked why she kept calling about it. Typically sending a notice in the mail is how things are done. She hung up the phone on me. When I called to speak with the manager, I was connected with a very rude gentleman who said "I don't know why you are telling me? What you want me to do about it, I'm not her manager." I said, "well I asked to speak to the manager, and they connected me with you." He maintained that he is the manager, just not her manager so why was I even telling him. So I asked to speak to whomever was above him. He said no, he would send an email to his boss and I said, "No, I want to be connected to the voicemail. "He refused to do so, and then said he wasn't refusing to connect me, he just wasnt going to, and then proceeded to hang up on me also. I am asounded. Now its less of a hardship inability to pay on-time. I don't even want to contribute to their company. They used to be such a good company. Somewhere they made a bad management hire and its been downhill ever since. Its unfortunately. But hanging up on customer concerns is a good indication that they have decided to not be held accountable.

I’m so happy I found out about Cardinal Credit Union, they’ve helped me a lot with refinancing my car. I had such a great experience working with Jacob Hougan. He was very professional and helpful in walking me through the process step by step. He went above and beyond to assist me with my auto loan, addressed every concern I had, and made the process completely stress-free. I really appreciate how supportive he was, and I could tell that he truly cared about helping me. Thank you!!

I worked with Jennifer R on getting approved for a new credit card with a low rate and she was very courteous, professional and took care of everything very quickly. I really enjoy all of the experiences I have had with Cardinal over the past many years.
