It's really sad when anyplace really is filled with liars. And not very good ones. Lying is a sin a major one! One of the 10 Commandments! I actually thought they were good, honest caring & intelligent down to earth people but unfortunately it seems I was wrong. I got done what I needed to today but not with any help from them. I'm very disappointed with the Minerva area Credit Union. People should care more about each other.

“I’ve had an amazing experience with this credit union! The customer service is outstanding, and they truly go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. The online banking platform is easy to use, and I appreciate the competitive rates they offer. I’ve always felt valued as a member, and I love the community-focused approach they take. Jess is always ready to help with any issues and gets the job done! Jenny in loans is awesome and always willing to help in any way she can! Highly recommend this credit union for anyone looking for personalized financial services!”

I will never bank anywhere else. Everyone is so welcoming and efficient! If you have any issues, ask to speak to Jess! She is the best and always knows how to help!

They make you jump through hoops then they double charge you on your payments, when you catch on they tell you too bad, and hang up on you when you ask for a manager. Oh and if you want the money back they'll overdraft your account to fix their mistakes. Definitely don't recommend them. Especially krista who found it smart to get loud and rude in front of a child. No customer service skills at all.

Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. I just closed my other account and transferred my banking with them.
