Giving two stars because to fix the biggest issues with this bank would require a lot of work and I want to understand the side of the bank. As someone who works nightshifts, the lack of representative availability is incredibly inconvenient. Whenever I have issues with my card (which is extremely frequently), there is no way to resolve the issue until morning. Recently, I was getting a hotel and was paying with my card when it declined for no reason. I didn't have cash on me and the issue could not get resolved until morning, so I had to sleep in my car. Anyone that even slightly understands technology is much better off with an online banking system that is available with more widespread options in case of an emergency. If something happens with your card or account with this bank, don't expect it to be handled urgently.

OMGoodness! We were in for a pleasant surprise once we entered into the CES credit union located on Yauger Rd. The receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and got us signed in quickly. We had a couple of questions before seeing a Rep and she answered them and brought us brochures with add'l info. Mr. Kirk, who was thee kindest, detailed and humorous manager assisted my daughter with setting up her accounts and then we were off to see a teller, Mr. Gauge. Talk about great and impeccable customer service!!! This young man was pleasant, welcoming and completed our business transaction in such an exemplanary way. We are excited to join this credit union. They really made us feel like family. Keep up the great work CES Credit Union! YOU all ROCK!!!

Stopped in to make my husband's car payment and the young lady who assisted me was very pleasant and efficient. We chatted a moment and finished my transaction. As always, I have no complaints with the service I receive.

We just love how we are made to feel important. We have and have had numerous loans with CES. All of the processes were flawless, communication was excellent, all questions were answered quickly and accurately. It is great to know that help is just a phone call away. And Lisa Lahmon is our go to. Very professional, nice, and quick with answers.
