Always a pleasure working with everyone from First Ohio Community Credit Union. We have been previous members in past and now rejoined with very competitive auto rates. Thank you!

Disappointed in my most recent inquiry. I've been a customer for years so I called to inquire about a loan for my daughter to pay off her student loans and have 1 payment. The loan officer was less than interested. Very disappointing when you want to work with a small local bank instead of the big branches and get that type of response, especially when we have excellent credit.

If you are elderly or have elderly parents, this credit union made it incredibly difficult to manage my elderly parents finances. EVEN WITH LEGAL PAPERWORK. I signed up to be a member and had POA over my parents. I spent 2 visits there with my Dad, while my mother was dying, trying to get on his accounts. Teller was rude and supervisor intervened. Since Mom wasn't available, Dad and I opened a joint account, leaving their account together. After her death, I brought the death certificate and asked the account be closed and money sent to my Dad. I wanted to close the joint account. They claimed I was not even a member. They had nothing on file. This branch made it incredibly difficult to manage my parents affairs. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks this is a decent credit union. 3 other banks got it/ have it right. They were given the paperwork months ago. The response is a lie. I had to present my FATHER!

I have been with First Ohio CFCU for over 40 years and have always had great service, everyone has been courteous, helpful and understanding even when I have been frustrated or overwhelmed due to unforeseen circumstances over the years. Thank you everyone.
