I was having extreme difficulty performing a transaction for some very expensive medical treatment. I accidently paid the TOTAL amount for this treatment. I was attempting to pay a deposit. I frantically called BACU to find out what could be done. I knew this amount was more than I had in my account. I was very fortunate to talk to Angela Henninger. She could immediately hear how distraught I was. She calmed me down and placed a "stop payment" on the mistaken payment I had made. Additionally she assisted me making the correct deposit amount. As I worked my way through this process I made many calls to her. Rather than be irritated with my chaos she was extremely helpful, patient, reassuring and professional. You should feel fortunate to have such an exemplary employee. It is my hope that you realize her as a model employee and outstanding person. I have been with BACU for many years. Treated me like a person rather than a number. I went in about the middle of April to inquire about a car loan. I received information about a new type of loan when I was there. The new loan allowed me to get the vehicle that I wanted, and a payment I was comfortable with. I was also able to refinance a personal loan from a different place saving me about 15% on my interest rate. Shout out to Jamie at the branch, ALWAYS smiling and happy to see me, always informative, and communicating by phone, email, and text messages. Bay Area CU is a place where I believe I’ll be a life-long customer. Absolutely no complaints, and I’m sure I never will.

I’ve been a member of Bay Area Credit Union for several years now, and I can honestly say that their customer service is second to none! The tellers are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely go out of their way to make banking as easy as possible. Every time I walk in, it’s like I’m treated like family. The loan staff is incredible as well, whether you're looking for a personal loan, mortgage, or auto loan, they’re not just knowledgeable, but incredibly kind and patient in explaining all the options to help you make the best financial decision which fits not only your needs but also maintains your financial goals. They truly listen to your needs and work with you every step of the way, offering personalized advice and flexible, affordable solutions. What really stands out to me is their overall desire to help in any way possible.
