This place and the CEO are TERRIBLE! DO NOT GIVE THEM BUISSNESS! A loved one had their car repoed (which is totally her fault) but once she paid them the money and came to get her car.... the license plate is missing and her battery is dead.. they seem completely clueless about how any of this could happen. Terrible place.

My wife was working with them on a potential application, and these are the most rude people we have ever worked with. You would be better off working with almost any other institution rather than these people. The representatives working here are atrocious with their customer service skills. If a zero could be given, I would!

I'm a graduate of Miami University '12. This was one of my first credit cards and for years I'd been trying to get some sort of increase, but it continually fell on death ears. I had that trade line open since 2008 and now it's been closed. No warning no nothing. I'm not sure what current students should do but I'd definitely suggest going with a traditional banking institution that knows how to maintain accounts and keep your trade line open.

Rude and incompetent. I wish I could support this small business but every interaction is exhausting. I called to ask a very simple question about the credit union's website. Employee told me to "google it," and continued to be incredibly condescending. Also, I get off of work at 5 and work Saturdays, but I got off a little early and stopped by to deposit a check. It was 4:52 and I apologized, saying I would be quick. Instead, the teller just put up the big CLOSED sign in the drive through window, and walked away. Absolutely terrible people working here.

Called the person responsible for handling vehicle titles for a duplicate vehicle title that was urgently needed. Even though the vehicle was paid off 16 years ago, Ohio DMV says that their records show that the lien holder is the credit union! Called them yesterday for a duplicate copy and also the lien release. She said she would call back in 30 minutes but didn't. Called her back after 4 hours and was told that she'd left for the day. I need this title urgently so called several times today. No one would answer so I left a message and no one has yet responded.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
