I consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during every call. As someone who works in management, I fully understand the importance of professionalism in all interactions. I respectfully expect the same level of professionalism in return. That is all. Thank you.

This review is about the institution itself, not the people. Every person I've dealt with has been very friendly and professional. The Credit Union itself however l, I'm not happy with. I opened an account recently and was told that it's company policy that any brand new accounts have a hold on funds for 9 business days. Ok, I get that....most, if not all banks put a hold on for bran new accounts. NEVER have I had one hold my money for that long!! With weekends, it's going to end up being two weeks total!! That's excessive! And I know it's because I deposited a check, and they have to verify that the payer has money in their own account to cover the funds....but two weeks is insane! I went into the branch the other day and asked if they could at least release $150$/$200 of it! I mean people need their money!! Holding my funds hostage like that is absolutely ridiculous! I was further told that after the funds come free this time around, any subsequent check deposited would have an EXTENDED hold of A MONTH!!! Absolutely insane. I do have direct deposit, but I'm often paid in checks...to hold money hostage like that for long periods of time is absolutely INSANE! Hearing that they couldn't release even a small amount of my funds, and that any subsequent check deposited would be held for a MONTH, I said I wanted to just close the account because I NEED MY MONEY!! I was told I couldn't do that until the hold comes off!! So basically, money is held hostage for excessively long periods of time. 🫤😡 PEOPLE NEED THEIR MONEY!!!

I really wish they would illuminate the ATM at night. I've called about it and they said they would look into it. That was a while ago. And still they have not addressed the issue. It's so dark and there is an open wooded lot adjacent to where the ATM is located. It's very dangerous. Regardless of whether or not there are cameras and the Parma police department is across the street. Bad things can happen anywhere. However, if the bank would take precautions such as lighting the area where the ATM sits it would at least be a deterrent. Lighting needs to be aimed at the wooded lot (not aimed at the residential property) and underneath the awning of the area where the ATM is. Yes, the ATM machine is lit up but that's not enough. And from the looks of it there are lights under the awning but they don't turn them on at night! Make it make sense? Beware if you go at night or when the bank is closed.

First of all, I use this Credit Union to have a local Savings Account and access to competitive rates. They have been great to work with for all my transactions and are always friendly to me. Most of the negative comments on here is because they are a Credit Union and not a big bank with free checking and unlimited debit card usage. If your looking for a local credit union to supplement your other banking services and to have access to pretty good public rates, I highly recommend this credit union. I have found their rates to be lower than most but not always the lowest.

There is always room for improvement due to safety reasons a patrons account balance should not be given out loud in public spaces this wasn't done at the tellers window, but at no given time should balances be given outloud unless requested. Please look into making changes
