Wonderful bank, best branch location by far! Very kind staff who are always wanting to help in the best way they can. My husband and I have been banking with them for over 10 years . Definitely recommend if you're in need of a bank!

An absolute joke of a credit union. Haven't been able to transfer MY money from Atomic to my external banks because "their system is down." Have fun trying to talk to a human when you call them, their automated system will not allow you to just press the pound button to speak to a person.

Never have liked this joke of a credit union. I always thought or was taught that keeping your money in a bank is beneficial to you but it has never done anything but cost me money to have it in the bank. I say no to this institution. However I do bank there for lack of better options. Want to have no account at any bank soon

Very rude and defensive. I had a complaint and immediately they became defensive. They require a mask to enter the building which is perfectly understandable. When i asked if they could provide me with one the person became upset. Not exactly customer service. Pick a different credit union. One that actually cares about the customer not just the appearance of caring.

Have tried calling 2 locatio s for an auto loan. Can never get thru to live person left 3 voice-mails and still no response. Their phone system sucks. Have 2 loans now. Won't be a third.
