Absolute joke! Had tax return deposited into savings account. Went that morning to make withdrawal and was told "we can only give you $1000 in cash the rest needs to be in a check". Ok then where do I cash the check? "At your bank", THIS IS MY BANK. "You only have a savings account with us so no we're not you're bank". Now I've tried Walmart, Kroger, Cashland, and now stop and go to cash the check they gave me (which will COST ME MONEY to cash btw) and im struggling to find someone to cash it. YOU'RE A BANK! HOW DO YOU NOT CASH YOUR OWN DAMN CHECKS! THE MONEY CAME FROM THE FEDERAL GOVT, ITS OBVIOUSLY GOOD. WHAT GOOD IS ISSUING ME A CHECK IF I CAN'T CASH IT? ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF A BANK TO BEGIN WITH?! Oh but because it's only savings (that YOU don't profit off of) you can't issue my full withdrawal. So basically you just hold my money hostage? I'm closing my account the second I find where I can cash the check at I've had NOTHING but issues here. Credit unions are an absolute JOKE! And this one is worse than most. Zero help, Barbie was condescending beyond belief, and couldn't give a straight answer. I'M A CUSTOMER WITH ALMOST 9 GRAND SITTING THERE, imagine how they treat people living week to week!
