I am amazed at how many times this credit union has come to my rescue through the years, and lately with the purchase of a home they have been there to provide bank statements daily to me without cost. I want to give a big shout out to Jennifer and Michael for always going above and beyond to help me, and I especially love Veronica's friendliness when she answers the phone. I have moved several times, but I will not move my bank! Thank you ECFCU!

Called in this morning to check on some issues and Jordan was just flat out rude, when a customer calls in with issues the last thing we need is attitude from the person who is there to help, do better ma'am, more so if your the branch manager, great example to set for the rest of those tellers......

Been a member for as long as i can remember, have never had a problem with any of the tellers, everyone is great. My fiancee and i were looking to buy a home (first time home buying is very nerve wracking) so we went to the most obvious option. While we were speaking to the lady who does home loans (I can't remember her name, but shes the only loan person) we both felt very uncomfortable, judged, condescended, doubted, and almost humiliated. We were very disrespected and displeased with the visit

Let me tell you something about this AMAZING building FULL of sweethearts. My Boyfriend and I are not from the area, we are actually from Michigan. But while we were in Sandusky we had a major problem with our bank, American 1 Credit Union which partners with Erie Community, and we had absolutely no access to any of our money. We went inside to ask them if we could withdraw some of our money so we had gas to make it home. To no prevail our bank had us on complete lockdown. These ladies and gentlemen were seriously brainstorming about what exactly we could do to get access to our money. Still after no success we said our thank you's and went back outside to our car where we tried and tried to think of ways to get gas money. After sitting outside for several minutes the bankers inside saw we were still there, came out and told us "we honestly can't stand seeing you guys sit here with no way of getting home" and proceeded to hand us plenty of gas money, enough for us to make it home. I cannot even explain how much it touched our hearts, that these completely random strangers were so incredibly kind enough to do such a thing. It brought tears to both of our eyes to have people in this world that are kind enough to help I'm such a way. Thank you guys so much, and we owe you! You have our word. If we were from the area you would definitely see us banking with Erie Community Federal Credit Union. ❤
