This bank is absolutely amazing. Everytime something comes up they handle it in a professional timely manner.

As a long-time customer of VacationLand, I can confidently say they excel at identifying irregularities in accounts, which is crucial for my family's financial well-being. While VacationLand is generally a reliable option for a variety of banking services, there are a few notable drawbacks. The fees can be quite frustrating, and securing a loan often feels like an uphill battle. There's a lack of flexibility, particularly when you're trying to improve your credit. I've made multiple attempts to obtain a loan, even with a co-signer, and my credit score has been more than adequate for approval; unfortunately, these efforts have yet to bear fruit. Additionally, their slow processing of payments and check clearances can lead to overdraft situations, causing unnecessary stress for customers. Unfortunately, I have thought of moving everything over to a bank that does give you a chance on loans to improve my credit cut down on fees, and upgraded technology to avoid delays in the processes. I have just a regular account and a business account and I must be able to have options to advance with a more understanding and flexible bank. By all means this isn't a bad bank because they do some good thing like removing some fees, I just wish they were flexible on some other things. I feel torn!

UPDATED: super impressive response from the branch manager. He called and we chatted things out. If I see improvements that we talked about I will be keeping my account and I will update the review even further. Awful banking experience since day 1. Both my business account and my personal are here and I could write a laundry list of issues. I’ve had my debit card locked more times than I can count. Terrible customer service and just janky app and online account. We will be moving our account to a new bank after the holidays

Everything up to vacations has been great. I am currently on a cruise out of the country and I have my credit card locked out, even with weeks of a notice/itinerary. Please explain how this happens? What I am supposed to do when everything on a cruise takes a credit card considering it is linked to your room and this is the only way to purchase drinks. Yes I can get water, but I am on vacation. Second day now because there is zero way of contacting anyone over the weekend. Hopefully I can get a solution to this matter soon and at the very least have someone contact me. Thank you for taking care of this so fast. Very much appreciated.
