I've been a member since 1994. I've finance 2 automobiles with the CU. My recent experience with the CU was a nightmare. I submitted my application and one week later, no answer to my application. The CU operates with the IT of the 80s. The CU is under staffed, the loan process will take up to a week and a half. Operate very slowly. I was very disappointed with the CU.

I've been a credit union member for many, many years. They have helped me with home equity and auto loans, are always friendly, and while the banking rules are more restrictive than a traditional bank, I find a way to make it work - great for savings! :)

This place lost my checks by sending them to the wrong address and it’s now 4 months later and my checks still haven’t been mailed to me. Lousy customer service and do not email them because it takes them a while 10 days to reply or even 2 weeks for them to give a call! Also their staff could loose the attitude and quit acting like I’m asking for a loan! The money is mine and you guys are keeping me from it. I will proceed to look for legal counsel to sue this credit union for the hardships of not having my money when I needed it.
