Don’t talk to Angela she is a rude snobby person, isn’t worried about helping you! my first time having a car payment and wasn’t sure on a insurance policy and was asking if i could do it another way just to see and she got really rude !

Have had so many problems There is not enough money in my checking, but plenty In my savings charge me 30.00. They for get to send new bank card a glitch in a system. We are switching banks getting sick of paying for the new atm area in Springfield. Borrow from our house and get checks can't use them. Charging to get my money out at are Springfield ih

If I could get half a star I would. I always use this credit Union as a shared credit union with my other bank. never had a problem until today and it seems that no one is amenable to taking cash deposits. I hope the corporate office can train them to work in a professional manner.

This is not my bank, it is a shared branch of my bank in Colorado. I went in looking to withdraw cash to purchase a used car. They would only let me withdraw $1,000. Thats not my main issue tho..the teller was so snotty and im pretty sure she even rolled her eyes at me!! The customer next to me didn't seem to be getting any better service.. would not recommend this bank based on their customer service skills or lack their of...
