I have had a great experience with Maumee valley Credit Union. Chris and Mary have been wonderful. It's bittersweet I have one more payment on my loan and I will be done with them. But I highly recommend them. Thank you for fulfilling my need.

Terrible follow up made final schedule payment on car loan in July, the credit union emailed over 2 months later in September stating I owed a final small amount and it was accruing late penalties. No final statement was ever mailed showing this balance

Horrible customer service, EXTREMELY rude tellers. The only reason I am still there is because they did a hard pull on my credit for a replacement debit card and I don't want to "waste" a credit pull. HORRIBLE credit union, absolutely do not recommend. Go somewhere else.
