Go back to the old VAN system. This new system has too many kinks and its inefficient.. I just called three times and it never took me to the system. This isn't the first time... more like the sixth in 3 months...and yes, I've complained before...it also can't be accessed on holidays.......however if you call after midnight, its available....... And lastly, calling during business hours you're told to press #1 but after business hours you press 0....that's too much unnecessary confusion, because no one wants to hear the hours of operation every time we call.....just to know what command # to push! This credit union used to be top tier! Now, not so much.

Think you need to get VAN back up and running…. I like to track what checks come in, and when my employment checks are deposited!! VAN has NOT been working for over 2 weeks!! Thinking I’m going to pull my money out and go elsewhere because of this!!! UPDATE: so you switch up the VAN system, and that’s messed up, just tried to access my account… you had it to access it “Push 1” now today it says “Push 0” I do that and it just continues to ring!! WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!!!!!

Very unprofessional bank. Went there to close a car loan deal and they didn’t have 1 notary in the whole bank. So I called my own notary to come from across town to notarize my part and when she got there they wanted her to do their work for free .. They didn’t know where to sign the title correctly and messed it up. They need people that know their job better and not so rude!!! I’d never bank them for sure!!!

Wife has been a long time card holder and has a credit card through them. The credit card was stolen and the branch had no one on site to assist. Took me writing a review to get attention... BUT they called my wife and took care of everything and reversed all charges. The person who assisted redeemed the branch to us and helped make our lives easier.

Toledo Metro has been there for me like no other financial institution have. They have always treated me well during good and bad times. I don't know any other credit union that value their members like this one, which is what truly set them apart. I truly love my credit union and the staff there!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
