They send harassing letters to customers if you swear to yourself in conversation rather than fix their broken app they rushed out. Its always amature hour over here. Its been a week and I STILL cant access my frickin accounts. Go ahead and mail me another letter, great use of resources guys.

I was a reference listed for a loan and they sold my number now im being bombarded by loan places calling and texting every day all day asking for the person that wanted a loan that was not accepted because the interest was so crazy you would be stupid to get it. Would never have or get a account there.....

This place sucks. They are very rude when you go in and petty as hell, tried to go in there and exchange some small bills for some large and they said they can’t do it unless I’m a member all it is is switching out bills I don’t see any problem in it and neither should they

I have been very blessed with excellence customer service. Warren Fleer went beyond and I have been telling everyone I know about Toledo Urban Credit Union. I look forward to them assisting me with other services.
