Just because your employees are on vacation and didn’t do their jobs doesn’t mean it’s okay to give customers the run around on something that can impact their credit because of your incompetence. I have recommended so many customer to ASECU over the years and this will be the last if this isn’t handled now.

They’re terrible. They’re slow and inaccurate. Different people will tell you different things about your account then you won’t know who to believe. When you bring it up, they just shut down and don’t respond. All they can handle are simple deposits and withdrawals. Do not get their credit card. Just don’t not worth dealing with their terrible systems. I’d rather have the sketchiest card from the sketchiest bank in Las Vegas than deal with asecu’s trash app, system, and service. Worst financial organization I’ve ever used. EDIT: My response to ASECU’s response: No. I won’t receive any help if I email ASECU. You’ve had about a year now to fix your mess. I tried to work with you repeatedly. My review will remain as a warning to others. I can’t believe ASECU is even a real place. How can you be so unprofessional in the financial industry? Your destiny is to be merged into 7-17. It will happen eventually. I’m not too fond of them either (why are the credit unions in this city so bad?), but they’re better than you. There’s no way you make it on your own. The banks in this town are better than you while paying taxes. Better interest, better systems, better service. From banks that pay taxes. Being a credit union, you don’t pay taxes, yet you can’t get a grip on anything. Why?

Employees won't even attempt to help you with anything over the phone unless you give them your FULL SSN first. Really??? It's almost 2026, you can't think of a more secure, modern way to assist your customers? Especially given the prolificacy of identity fraud in today's age. I have no idea who could be listening to or recording the phone call. Customer service team and website especially are YEARS behind everyone else in the industry. Definitely going to start looking for alternatives to this place in the near future.
