The worst credit union I've ever had to pull payoff from. I have been calling for 2 days and you can maybe get a person on the phone for 5 minutes a day. They made me send an authorization letter from the customer to them for some reason. They reply "I will get that to you shortly" and it has been over an hour and now only goes to voicemail. I don't live over here, but if you do avoid these people at all costs. I don't even think it counts as a bank if you only hire 2 people to man the phones or whatever you have going on. You're hurting my job performance and wasting our customers time for whatever thousand of smoke breaks you guys are going on. By far the most ridiculous bank I've ever called and I've called hundreds. Didn't even have a template for the authorization letter they require. Every 5 star has to be bots. I bet you can't even open an account at this bank without waiting 8 hours, what a joke

They are the worst credit union I've ever had. They send me mail saying I've gain interest on my account. Why send me mail when I don't have money in the account to spend. I tried to get a loan the lady didn't want to approve it. So I found another credit union who did. So i can get my truck financed. Then I filled out my form and Wade can't cancel my account. He never responds to my email nor phone calls. No matter who I call nobody answers but the teller. They tell me I have a negative balance. I didn't go over $25. That's all was in the account. I only spent that to cancel. Why send me a debit card when i haven't deposited ant money.? Why send me what interest I've gained if I can't spend it? Worst credit union ever. They don't deserve one star.

Today I was in there around noon to open an account there. The young lady upfront was nice enough to let me know there’s a little wait while employee is helping another customer. I did not mind waiting in the lobby with my 2 year old son. That changed though as one of your tall dark headed employee mocked my child for the noises he was making. So I got up and left. Instead of mocking a child how about greet your customers or maybe do your job instead of talking up front in a circle with other employees.

This bank is horrible My card is constantly being flagged for fraud. And there has been numerous times where it’s declined and the bank is closed and I can’t contact anybody. I just sat on hold with the fraud detection line for 30 minutes waiting for him to unlock my fraudulent charges such a bad bank absolutely horrible

You can never get anyone on the phone. They WILL NOT answer at any extension. ZERO customer service. They won't even open their phones until midday.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
