2 years with Rock island I'm extremely frustrated with rock islands customer service experience. Every time I've tried to call them, I've been met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a general sense of apathy. It's like they're not even trying to help. Endless wait times that often result in dropped calls Representatives who seem more interested in following scripts than actually solving problems I've tried to resolve payment date multiple times, but it's been a struggle. The experience has been so poor that I'm starting to consider switching to a different bank. If you're looking for a bank that values its customers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Until rock island improves its customer service, I'd advise others to be cautious."

Have only been a member for about 3 or 4 years, but they have been the best banking place that I have ever been since I began banking near 55 years ago. It's a very small credit union which I love, as everyone knows about everyone and they treat everyone alike as if they have been good friends for a lifetime. Sherry, along with Diane, and everyone there have been wonderful in helping me get the things done that I have wanted done, and for a banking/credit union business, I cannot recommend them high enough. I'd give all the employees, and the business, 10 stars if I could.

I went and eat at aurora pizza shop on Sunday and some of the bank members where in the parking lot harassing customers of the pizza shop for parking in the opan parking lot then started blocking the lot of with cars that are not street legal I personally believe if your going to treat a small business customers like this how would you treat your own customers very sad that people act like this will never do business with this bank they park on the side walks to prevent people from using the sidewalks they blocked out the signs that showed it was legal to park here

I have been a member of Rock Island for over 11 years. I highly recommend becoming a member and opening an account, no fees on checking, great service and Colleen and everyone there all deserve 5 stars.

I have used them since high school. Everyone is so friendly and down-to-earth and if they know you by your first name they acknowledge you accordingly. Several of the employees have been there for over 20+ years. Highly recommend this credit Union.
