Imagine the grandparents of your 4 kids opening up a savings account for them to show them the importance of saving money and instead the grand kids learning about the absolute greed of banks and credit unions. After 2-3 years of receiving quarterly statement updates, the kids started getting statements with return address fees even though we (1) hadn't moved and (2) they had the correct address. The fees were ridiculous and exaggerated in $ and they continued for several quarters even though multiple phone calls were made to ensure the address was correct and to remove the fees (with 2 visits to their banks too). They even demanded knowing the original amount before refunding any money. If they treat defenseless children this way, imagine how they will treat you.

Very rude experience. try to reopen an account and had to deal with rude store manager. apparently everybody's name is Alex and they don't keep history or records of accounts if you're inactive for a couple months. thank God I only had a few dollars in the account wouldn't advise you on there

Recently open an account with them and its just the worst. There is no customer service. Ive called numerous times and no answer. The online services/App dont work either. Ever time I login it says my account is restricted and I must call but there is no customer service!! I just want control and access to money and this bank makes it hard.

Their the most rude people you'll ever have to deal with. Very unprofessional and the manager can't move on she holds a grudge which pros shouldn't allow one incident to rule every interaction with that customer. I wouldn't use the credit union ever again

Lindsey at the Denver branch is amazing. She is always kind and helpful. I always appreciate Sandra (cc’s) too. I’ve been a member for approximately 37 years. Thank for First Oklahoma FCU.
