The worst place to deal with Katie P doesn’t answer the phone or return messages never available. 45 days behind on a vehicle they repo it after we have already paid off three vehicles with them.

I've done business with this bank for years and will never go anywhere else. I absolutely love the people and the way this bank conducts business. They've got a very friendly, helpful staff. Never have I had an issue with this bank, or the staff in the 8 plus years I've been with them, and I think that says a lot. Keep up the great work, guys! Thank you for doing what you do!

All very kind, nice, professional people!!! My experience with this bank is fantastic. I’ve never had problems with them and when I do have a problem with something, they help and do a awesome job! they’re not the first bank that I’ve been through and I’m sticking with this one. no complaints here!!

When you make a purchase over their supposed limit, they lock your card so you can't use it for 24 hours or more, which is absolutely ridiculous. It's your money and you should be able to spend it how you see fit. What if you were on a trip and you broke down? What if you had to buy an emergency plane ticket or something like that?! We can't even purchase our wedding rings because they expect you to call ahead of time to let them know when you are making a purchase over the amount (even when your account is well off). Absolutely stupid. Never mind if you have a personal check from an account at this bank written to someone without an account there, they will charge $5 to cash it. The ONLY thing that has ever been good about this place is the loans. The payments are often a fraction of what you would pay somewhere else. Some of the employees are very sweet, but most of them look and talk to people like they're less than. I find that very distasteful. You never know what people are really about just by looking at them - "judge not....."

I’ve tried to reach the customer service line to get some help for a family member. No one never picks up the phone. Also its Saturday an their hours on Saturday are 8am - 12pm. The automated system says hit 3 for customer service. When you hit 3 it doesn’t redirect you. Just an fyi to the people who’s also having trouble.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
