I have done my loans through this company for over 5 years now and had nothing but great things. In my opinion chance is the best loan officer to talk to. I don't work anyone else in the office loan wise. The tellers are all great and super friendly. Trust me ask for chance when you walk in. He will show you the right way. If they say use someone else in that office tell them you want chance or no one.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and they can notarize something if you have an account with them it just varies on what it is you need notarized and they give you half the information on certain things depending on what and also they tell you what you need to do to set up an account and what items you need if you need to notarize something and they give you information on certain items that happens to your

I’d advise them to stop charging non-members fees when trying to cash an FFCU check. Ludicrous.

Always friendly staff. Been using this credit union almost 3 years and never had an issue. Keep trying to get my husband to switch over from our regular banking to them.
