I was about to close my account, because I was using it only for savings. When I stopped by OU's Union Branch, Skylar talk to me and show me their products in depth. She is amazing, after that not only I did not close my account, but I moved my banking services to them. The way they treated me, the way they do banking, hands down always. I can write emails and they always reply promptly, they are always ready to help and to answer questions. I am so happy I remain with them.

10/10! Ive had an auto loan through OU for roughly 3 years. At first I was paying over $800 a month for my vehicle. Ive recently refinanced and they save me a little under $300. The process was very simple and Sarah was so incredibly helpful! Always answered my emails with in hours of them being sent (during business hours) amd answered every question.

The employees are great, but OUFCU AS AN institution does not care. My employers submitted all paperwork early so I could get paid on time for New Year, however, even though this bank had had ample notice that they would be closed, did not put in the same effort. Im 4 days late getting paid, and they still can’t even tell me if I’ll be getting my paycheck tomorrow. None of my coworkers who bank with Midfirst, Chase, Tinker, etc had this issue. This was the ONLY bank unprepared for the holiday, and I bet I have a fat chance that OU will be compensating me for any late fees I’ve accrued
