Claudia was a knowledgeable help and made my first time experience so nice and valued. Lovely bank with continuing improvements with great help in the financial business and credit rebuild guidance. Allegiance is that bank.

We had an incredible experience working with Rigo and the team at Allegiance Credit Union. We have gotten loans from them before and will always use them in the future. They make the process painless! They are kind and make every effort to help. They truly go above and beyond.

We have been members since 1995. They were Federal Employees CU then. We've had nothing but great service. We moved 3 hours away 6 years ago and they are super easy to do business with by phone, email and mobile deposit. Great staff and services! Highly recommend!!

I looked over a clients credit and found allegiance is charging her $450 a month for insurance when she has insurance. This is very predatory. The kicker is it's "another company" that is the one doing the billing. This girl will never get the car paid off. They are keeping their foot on her neck.

I have been a customer at the meridian office for many years. For the past four years I have lived in Albuquerque, NM, and have continued to bank at the Meridian Branch. Last year I financed a used car through the Meridian office. Ruby was courteous and helpful and the transaction was completed without a problem. Other staff have been very helpless in maintaining my checking account and responding to my occasional needs.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
