This credit union does not deposit social security payments when deposited by The US Treasury, they make customers wait until the upcoming Wednesday even though they receive the funds the Friday before they are due to customers allowing this CU to get interest from customers SS checks. This CU use to show the money in customers accounts as pending; but we could not access it, now they are not showing our funds pending but hiding them until the next Wednesday. Federal Credit Unions release the funds to their customers when they are issued. Give us our money when you receive it. Enough!

I have banked with Credit Union 1 for over 20 years and have always had the best customer Service. They are who I go to for my loans, and they always do a quick turnaround. Laura Pinkston was my loan manager this go round, and she was awesome to work with. A million thanks Laura for your help. CU1 is the place to go if you want fast, efficient help.

I’ve been a member of the credit union for over 30 years and during that time I have had numerous loans with them numerous different accounts, and I have always had excellent service when my local bank put me on a veritable interest rate for a equity loan and the interest rate shot at three times to 8% before I ever made the first payment. I knew where I could go and get better service quality service. Credit, Union One certainly gave me better service a fixed rate just the number of years that I wanted and wonderful service. They kept me informed the answered all my questions. I will continue to bank with them. Next time they’ll be my first choice for any financial need. And a big thanks to Laura who handled my loan.

I’ve used this bank going on 3 years for my car loan. Everybody I have ever encountered with this bank has been more than kind and super helpful with explaining things to me I may not completely understand. Except one. Their repo, loan, whatever auto manager, Kinner, is more than short with me EVERYTIME I’ve had any kind of questions around my loan. She’s very aggressive in her tone, personal with me because she thinks she knows me through her kid. Mind you, I have never met this lady in my life. She only knows my name. Both through her job and her son. Which I feel like personal anything should never be allowed in any work place. But she’s been an overall hateful person every encounter ive had with her over the phone regarding my car. And today when i asked to speak to somebody else who isn’t rude like she is she continues to repeat “well I’m the manger so I don’t know who else you could talk too.” Like I know you all have a higher up and that’s who I’d like to speak with to make a complaint. Because of her single handed attitude and being unprofessional, it’s turned my experience into a negative one and I will end my banking with them as soon as possible. Not to mention all the other negative comments I’ve read about Credit One surround her and her department so I’m not surprised at all that others have had to experience this as well.

Credit union one has been great for meeting my financial needs! I have used them to refinance a car, a personal loan, and a loan for a new car. Laura is great to work with and the application process is easy! They have extremely competitive rates and have definitely saved me a good amount of money on interest! I will continue to work with them for all of my future financial needs.
