I am writing to give accolades to Ms. Vida Thompson. I never believed in angels until my path crossed with Ms. Vida at the Bethany branch. I had a dire emergency with my garage door and needed help fast. I contacted OECU to apply for an emergency loan. If you have to do any kind of business at this credit union, please ask for her. Anyways, she walked me through the whole process step-by-step in a timely manner, which helped lower the anxiety I was experiencing. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite to say the least. She took it over and I received a call saying I was approved. All I could do was say "thank you" over and over. I definitely was in awe when I received a follow-up call the next morning to make sure my issue was resolved and to say, please call if I needed anything else. I could go on and on about my experience, but for the sake of time she is a ten "10 Thank you SM

Maribel Everett was amazing to work with. She helps me every time I go into the branch with whatever I need to do. Recently, she has helped me get a new credit card and has helped me manage my accounts seamlessly. I am very happy to recommend her services to anyone! She is open, honest, fun, and really down to earth. Thank you, Maribel!

We have worked with lending manager Misty Barnett on our home loan and she has been absolutely amazing to work with. She communicates constantly and keeps us informed on any update, she’s made this experience very pleasant and we appreciate her willingness to help, and her patience she’s had with this process. We appreciate her positive attitude and definitely will refer people to her.

I worked with Misty Barnett to do a conventional home loan for a small country house. I had not purchased a home before so I was nervous. I went through the application online and was contacted by Misty Barnett. She advised me to save up some more for a down payment and made sure to avoid pulling my credit before I was ready. Once I had the cash in hand, I called again and asked for Misty. She worked diligently and communicated efficiently with me and did a great job of listening to and meeting my needs while getting me financed. I am a disabled veteran and it isn't easy for me to get to a lot of places, she minimized the negative effect that would have had by going out of her way to schedule things that worked best for me. On top of that, I shopped around. I applied for a few different loans and had my sister who is a loan officer in another state review them all. The fees and terms offered by OECU were better than the rest of them. If you need a mortgage, and you want to feel heard and taken care of, and you want to be sure you're not overpaying on fees, look no further than Misty Barnett at OECU in Bethany, OK.

I know 5 stars on a bank seems excessive, but Nikhia went so over and above for me. I was headed to my Dad’s funeral in Ohio and 2 hours on the road out of OKC, I realized my card was inactivated. She helped me find a credit union on my route, and checked to make sure I made it there and was ok. She is the best. Thank you.
