I dealt with Alyson over the phone she had all of our paperwork filled out and completed for us to go and sign. We went to the Lincoln office and we were in and out within a few minutes. Great customer service.

It was really bad. The person that attended me wasn't knowledgeable, good intentions, however lack of experience. I try to open a save and a check account to consolidate all my bank ops with OCU, but it wasn't possible. A) My original deposit in a check had to stay on hold for 9 days!!! Don't know why that long 😕 I wasn't going to be able to use Zelle to make transactions for a period of 30 days. I stated before we start that I was going to close all my other banks accounts and consolidate my operations with OCU. But wasn't pleased with the waiting times. A lady stepped in as well and wasn't able to solve the situation. Ashamed and frustrated after invested 1.5 hours for nothing. Respectfully Juan Velez

I had a couple of issues created by myself. Okcu helped me figure it out and resolved my issues quickly. It was such a relief. I really thought I had created a tangled web, but through with patience it was fixed without a hitch. I have been with Okcu for over 20+ years and have enjoyed every day of it. Thank you Okcu!

Hi, I would like to leave a commendation for Connor who handled the process of applying for my recent lifestyle loan. He was extremely helpful, fast, and polite through our correspondence. Its much appreciated to see and know that you have such wonderful employees that are understanding and want to help us with our needs as quickly as possible.
