My husband and I, made a quick stop to withdraw some money at TFCU Bank, on NE 23rd in Okc, it was a Thursday, I got out of the vehicle from the passenger side to move the vehicle, because he parked in a reserved spot for wounded veterans. I didn't notice I dropped my envelope with $900 and something dollars in it, that I had just drew out of my Bank up the street. I immediately after getting home and noticing this, went back to the bank and explained the situation. A lady that kept reminding everyone in the bank she was the SUPERVISOR, was super I mean super rude rude, her name I believe is Breona she works at the one on NE 23rd in OKC. So after entering the Bank and was escorted by her office door, she said give her about 30 minutes, so I said okay we will sit in the waiting area , she replied I'm the SUPERVISOR and someone may need me after this meeting, as she sitting in there in no meeting, "I'll follow up with you after I view the cameras", she said. Then she start replieing several times the cameras don'tsee every side of the Bank as if she was trying to get us to change our minds on pursuing the situation, we left (She didn't follow up with us), when she clearly said, "I will watch the camera and get back with you all". Oh yah, there was a off duty officer he was super helpful, he walked us outside stood there giving us advise and he said "who ever got it is most likely a member, we will look at the camera's and get with them about it". So after we struggled for an update, the SUPERVISOR clearly have to have known the lady because she didn't call back after watching the camera and recognizing the lady. My Husband called the main branch and explained everything that following Saturday, the incident happened that Thursday they said, "they would send a Email to them on NE 23rd about an update". Monday I called for a Police to meet me up there to make a report. Come to find out this woman the SUPERVISOR watched the tape knows the woman and claims to have left her a message with no response back from the lady, She didn't even apologize, on the Banks behalf or even acknowledge us being there, just protecting this other woman!!, after she pulled the police I called, to make me a report into her office without my Husband or I. The private meeting she had with the officer who came on my behalf, there were lots of loud laughs going on, I don't know what was funny because I wasn't invited in the meeting that was created on my behalf. After all this unprofessional mess. The police, my husband and I, went outside to get in our vehicles we were walking and talking. Breona the SUPERVISOR, comes outside out of no where with a on duty Police for the Bank (the off duty police that was helping Thursday wasn't there this day) making sure the Police that came on my behalf, wouldn't give us to much information, she went outside and pulled the female officer and male officer to the side interrupting what the female officer was telling me on how to do my Police report, after the police officers got through talking to her AGAIN, the police officer's attitude changed she was talking to me way different and giving less advice BREONA on NE 23 is taking advantage of her position and is not trained good for these situations. My Husband is a LOYAL CUSTOMER. I should tell him to pull his business with them, I got my money taken basically cause the lady didn't turn it in, and by law if you find a large amount of money especially at a business establishment like a Bank. You are suppose to turn it in, if you don't beleive me google it, that's theft. So the Bank lady was assisting her in it basically. I was going to just let it go as a lost, and that someone just got Blessed for the holiday's, but my second thought said no check into that more, I'm glad I did!!! Come to find out it is just a theif not a Blessing

This location has the most helpful and nice people. I have been to one other Tinker and those people were awful.

Had both a checking and savings account opened with this bank. While one day going through an online statement I noticed a weird charge to my account. I say weird because it’s a business I don’t do business with what so ever. I then noticed it was a recurring charge over the last 4 months. Plain and simple I reported this to Tinker federal and nothing was done. I closed both accounts and will find another bank for my banking needs.

The two bank tellers and the nice gentlemen who stayed at the front desk stayed an extra 10-15 minutes after 5 to help me with an issue that took an hour to resolve. I appreciated their help.

Drive thru time is way too long , why is this ?? Horrible not good for anyone whom is a rush! I’ve never been to a bank that has a 15/20 min wait time!! Please do better time is everything and not to be wasted Ty if I could give zero I would! Maybe you need more tellers and not just one running all lanes 🫢
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
