11/18 came in to get replacement cards and when getting them both notice they had the same card number the young lady that was helping me I let her know and it bothered her that I corrected her i told her do they not check them when they print them and she responded with a smart mouth and said no we don't. She seemed in a rush to go home I get it its 5pm and want to go home but if you don't like to dtay late of help in customer service then you are just in a wrong job. Very poor of her to answer back with a smart mouth when I did not give her attitude not hell about HER mistake SMH!!!!

it's gone way downhill in the last few years. opened too many branches. most tellers do not have adequate training. the business model now includes having tellers handle things they do not understand (for example POAs). they promised to call me back multiple times and never did. call wait times have gotten very long. they have outsourced their mortgages and neither institution will take responsibility for issues. they both point to each other. do not get a mortgage with them. they were great 10 years ago. do not use this institution.

You call this bank and get an answering machine. Waited for over 10-20 minutes. Other banks like BancFirst have people that answer until 10PM with hardly any wait time.

This institution takes advantage of their members. They’ll wait until you’re almost done paying off your car loan to repossess your car and will not work with you after you’ve payed all that money towards it.

Remarkably awful, truely the most accurate way to describe what this credit union has become and the service they provide. I have been a customer for almost 10 years, ever since back when it was FAAECU. Had limited issues back then, but lately, it's nothing but problems, contempt, and disrespect from True Sky and staff. Long lines in the lobby, in drive thru, over the phone, all take forever. They'll almost never solve your issues, don't even sound or feel like they want/care to be of assistance. Years ago, I referred multiple people here, and they've disenfranchised us all, I will not give True Sky another opportunity to disappoint.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
