They do not train their employees.Ask 3 people a question and get 3 different answers. The employees standard answer is "I think..." Guess what? I don't care what you think, this is my money and there is a definitive answer. Can I cash in a CD online? 3 people told me I don't think so or no. I dug around online and YES you can.In person I discussed my tax return and that I had used my account # plus the 2 digit account identifier for my online deposit.Although I was not informed not to use this system now because accounts have an 8 digit identifying number now. My refund was to be deposited today the woman told me that the system would kick it out and the person who manually looks at these issues would catch my refund and deposit it to my account. I get a call later telling me they can't catch the deposit and the funds will return to the IRS. The IRS will issue a paper check in 10 weeks!! I'm moving so the address on the check will be wrong then go into the black hole of the forwarding unit at the USPS. That reminds me of the time I sent a check for deposit to the P O box address that I had been using for decades. The box had been closed and I was never notified so the check was sent to the forwarding unit USPS where they cut off the corner of the envelope that had the check number on it. The credit union couldn't deposit the check with no # and USPS couldn't be bothered to find the cut off portion and repair the check. This was a $55 rebate check and when I reached out to the company about the check they could not reissue the check as "the window has closed" on that rebate. If I knew the box was closed I would not have used it on my deposit. I was upset over the $55 and was ready to close my account even after 35 years. The continued misinformation and I believe they could catch the tax refund but just don't care, makes me really want to move my accounts. It's not easy with retirement funds depositing and insurance and utilities auto drafting out of my account. My advice is don't believe anything anyone of the employees tells you. They are not trained and refuse to admit they don't have the answer and will misinform you with opinions rather than find the actual answer to your questions.

Went to check my account and could sign in. After a call to the bank I find out there is a new app I must download. Mind you we just did this a year or so ago with a switch of apps. No email, text or any kind of notification that a new app as going to be put in place. The lady on the phone acted like I was putting her out for asking. So now I have to sign in as a new user to the new app. I make the mistake of entering my account number for the member number and it doesn't like that. I didn't know there was a difference. Now I'm locked out and the young lady on the phone can't do a thing about and give me the solution of waiting 24 hrs and try again tomorrow or come into a branch. The customer service is horrible. The tech this bank uses is so behind the rest of the banking world. If it wasn't such a hassle to change my direct deposits I would shut this account down in a heart beat. So now I have to go into a branch to get them to fix the issue so I can use my mobile app. Sounds really convenient. The exciting part about it is there are already reviews I'm reading when I went to put in this review that others are complaining about the new app. Great! Can't wait to get this crappy new app up and running.

Been a member for 36 years. Went to get a loan. ,was treated like a dog. Rude people, under, trained . And pointing fingers, blaming other companies for their poor service. Would not recommend this place at all. Go to another credit union , where you will be helped, not treated aith a , i dont care attitude.

My uncle was racially profiled here in the drive thru, a white man in his early 20s laughed at my uncle and accused him of having a fake license. My uncle is a loyal costumer and has been going to this bank for years. I’m so disappointed in the company for allowing this type of behavior and disgusted in the worker that thinks it’s okay to laugh and disrespect people based on how they look.

What can I say, Roxana T at I-44, SW 44th. is absolutely wonderful! She is full of joy and has a hard work ethic. She is very kind and patient. She helped me when no other institution would. I appreciate her more than she knows and refer all my family and friends to her and this bank. Her customer service is unmatched and I speak to her like we're friends who met years ago, what a genuine, polite person USE has on their team. I believe a raise is due her and a promotion!!!!
