NOT FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED! On-line banking stayed down, for maintenance, FOR over 24 hours during weekday banking! I'm deaf and wasn't able to call; or meet, or observe my necessary banking needs. Weokie does not make a way for the hearing impaired to communicate with them; and they do not have an email system for the hearing impaired customers! WEOKIE HAS SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I took my savings of change to make a deposit into my savings account. Thew teller informed me there is a 5% fee charged to me for having my coins counted and deposited into my account. Other credit unions do not charge their members any fees to deposit coins into their own accounts.

All of their systems feel old and they have trouble verifying deposits. Also it's a tedious process to do any kind of check deposit. Also stupid I have to write "for deposit at weokie only' on every check. I will be adding a review to each weokie location as and emailing a store rep with this review.

I began using the North Express office after a terrible experience at the 15th street location. (I vowed to never use the 15th street location ever again, or leave weokie if that was not my option) Since we have been using the North Express location we could not be MORE HAPPY! They are always professional, friendly, and helpful, not what you would expect at a strictly motor bank. The entire staff are just great, especially Bailey, and Malinda! So happy we get the opportunity to bank with such pleasurable individuals! Our banking needs are somewhat unique, and the "new" system is not always making that a simple process for an average teller, I have to say, your team at North Express is OUTSTANDING!!

I took out a signature loan and shortly after my significant other and I began transitioning jobs and unfortunately weren’t able to make a payment on it due to our circumstances. I was told that none of the late fees that were assessed could be waived even though we hit such a rough spot in life. I am certainly not happy with the outcome of this interaction as we all experience hard times in life and should be afforded a little bit of grace.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
