I've had several vehicle loans and a mortgage loan through this credit union, and I can confidently say their customer service has been excellent every time. Their professionalism and genuine attention to members' needs really stand out, making the loan process smooth and straightforward. The team is always friendly, helpful, and truly focused on providing the best experience. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable financial services with a personal touch.

i’ve been a member at this bank for almost 10 years, the newest office members in your office by the ron’s in sand springs has been nothing short of hateful! they have 0 customer service, no thank you’s, you’re welcome, have a great day, nothing from these women.

Jim Stecker did a hard check on my credit. After he never called or emailed. I called in to let him know I was checking in. All I got back was a "he will get back to you". 3 months later I bought a house through a better bank. 6 months on and I still haven't gotten a response from him about the credit check. I'm starting to think he only took my information to send me spam emails.

The females at this location are rude as can be. They are old enough to know what respect is but seem to be appalled when they don’t get it back after they give the attitudes they do. And it’s always, like not now and then someone’s having a bad day rude. It’s the kinda rude like, my life is miserable and I hate it so let me make yours that way too. Get better people who know what customers service consists of! Do better!

I love the bank. But the hours are so extremely inconvenient. 95% of people work 9-5. Which means you got to call in or be late or leave early just to get there in time.. Completely bad hours.. We work to need a bank.. yet you got to call in just to get to the bank. Oxymoron..
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
