Each of these ladies consistently goes above and beyond—greeting me warmly, answering questions with patience, and making every interaction smooth and stress-free. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about helping members. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team, and I’m grateful for their kindness and support every time I visit. They are a shining example of what excellent customer service should be.

The team at DFCU is amazing!! I’ve been with them well before they became DFCU.. Kristie & Minnie have always been awesome for any needs I’ve had. Then for my home needs Kelsey was amazing to work with and Rachel always has that welcoming smile. You won’t find a better financial institution that truly treats you like a person not a number!! They know your name!

When we did our loans Kristi was amazing. She took the time to really talk to us about any questions we've had. Now we do all our banking with them. Rachel and Mini are the friendliest people upfront. They always welcome me with a warm greeting and smiles. I would recommend anyone to go to them.
