I just purchased a new Jeep and I’m using Employees FCU again. I now have all 3 of my cars through them and my experiences have been fantastic every time. Their rates are way better than the dealerships have ever offered me. I’ve worked with Niki, Liz, and Sami over all of my loans and they are always super helpful and quick to respond. I could not be happier with my experience!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I set up a youth savings account for my daughter. We moved out of state and called to close her account. The lady says, "Sure. No problem. We'll mail you a check." Supposedly they can't just do a wire transfer.. About a week later we receive a letter in the mail instead of a check that states they have used my child's money to pay off an alleged loan my husband owes them. What kind of bank makes a child pay for their parent's debts?

Been a member of this bank for 10 years! Only thing I wish they had was a drive thru! It would make my life so much easier. But.......they don't! It's OK tho!
