Update 10/7/24. Received statement showing my account was not closed out in August as I was told by your Rep. Now being told no it wasnt done. Not sure who you spoke with...a financial institution with no call records!! We'll send a form to sign then we can close it...would have be GREAT to know when i called in August!! Customer service definitely needs improvement. You all will not be an option when I purchase a new vehicle!

Friendly service advisors. However their Web interface is unfriendly to users, and there is no option to add a card to withdraw automatically for monthly Auto loan payments... Unless you call up to the bank. Very unhappy with their web interface and their joke for apps, the people are nice though.

This is by far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Not only am I constantly having to deal with my account info getting reset but I have to send money from my own personal bank to there bank which takes about 5 days at which time my payments could be late, and also what kind of credit union/ bank doesn't give you confirmation numbers so that you have proof that the bill has been paid!! this is the worst, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere when I can.

I've got to say, Laura Amani is one of the best bank employees I have ever encountered . . Always very friendly and a huge smile on her face ready to help me with whatever I need . . She has always gone above and beyond to take care of me and whatever I need, and has always done it quicklyπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘ . . I truly wish more business had such a GREAT employee such as her . . She is the best . . . I can't say enough good things about her, she is a great employee, woman and person

My family as banked at the engery One credit union for over41 years. Today wass the first time I've encountered poor service (Warren branch), only one clerk was available, and she she was tied up with a client at a desk. Four customers waiting in line, two walked out including myself. Why were you so under staffed?
