nice people but like others have said highly inconvenient, not open weekends close at 4 or sooner. No atms besides their location. Cant do anything over the phone, have to drive to location as far as bank transfers

The family has been with the FFCU my entire life. It’s my first stop for a car loan or other financial needs. Good fees and rates. Great people. Nice app and online features.

Seems I’m not the only one charged fees without warning. They closed my acct after draining the funds out and never sent a single statement or gave any warning. When I called to inquire about what happened, they had an attitude of “tough sh*t” and told me they would charge me to look into it. I’d recommend using a more reputable business that you can trust your money with. I would trust a meth addict with my money more than them.

Maybe they should stay open to the time they say they’re open...doors locked 45 minuets early is way to early to close up shop... as the tellers were just sitting there inside
