I've had an account with them for over a year and it's been one thing after another. The app is buggy and lacking in features, mobile check deposit takes almost a week, they only have one physical location, they refused to stop payment on multiple fraudulent ACH subscriptions, they wouldn't give me a car loan even with a CD for more than the principal as collateral (told me to cash out the CD early and eat the penalty instead). Most recently I discovered $50 in overdraft fees had eaten all of my daily pay, and I attempted to close my account. Was told that I can't until I pay the rest of the fees they arbitrarily decided to impose. I'll be cutting up the debit card and opening an account at a credit union that actually works with it's members.

I have been a member for over 34 years and counting, best credit union I've ever had. Very respectful and I feel like family. I would definitely recommend.

The greatest credit union 2nd to none. I've been a member for over 50 years and have never had negative experience. The people are great. That's what tops it off. Always treat their members with respect and friendliness.

We have bought several vehicles and went through Dee, she makes the car loan process very easy. You are greeted by security who is so sweet, everyone is so pleasant to talk with. We love OMFFC !!
