Delighted with OCCU member benefits like the 6% momentum checking account— you just don’t get this benefit from other banks. I immediately closed down other bank accounts yielding way less! All requirements for the account are clear and all the employees at the branch are super friendly. Shoutout to Tony. Tony was able to help me get approval to become a member, granted me access to my online account, and got my debit card printed for me! He ensured I was kept in the loop every step of the way!! Shoutout to Lindy as she informed me of a promotional CD rate that I was able to take advantage of! I like that everyone at this branch is very informed of the products the bank offers!

Xzavier helped me today and he was very respectful, chitchat with me for a few, and when a rush came in he finished helping me quickly so he could give the others the time and respect they deserved too.

No way to get ahold of the bank during business hours. This is days in a row I’ve been jumping through hoops trying to get a payment authorized. I have all the right passwords and everything and it just says the mailbox is full. I’ll be switching banks

I was supposed to receive a call, never did. Unfortunately I couldn’t become a member due to ineligibility. Also, wouldn’t recommend if you’re short on time. -Charlie
