Teaira is an exceptional banker—everything you could hope for in a banking professional. She consistently greets customers with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Her customer-focused approach, kindness, and positive energy make every visit to the bank a true pleasure. Teaira genuinely brightens my day each time I stop by.

YesteIrday I went to the location in the Tower to open an account and it was an odd experience. The teller was not pleasant. She came across like she didn't want to help me. She kept asking me the same questions as if she didn't really believe my answers. I told her I work at St Francis South. 5 minutes later she asked me if I'm a Saint Francis employee. She was coming across suspicious, giving me these weird looks and displayed an overall weird attitude. When everything was completed, she put everything away and just sat comfortably im her chair. I stood there waiting for her to give me a paper with my account number, some information about the account., or something!!! She did not. I had to ask her for my account number. Like really?? ? You thought I should just leave with NO information?? Some people are just weird and not able to get it together even though they're interacting with the public. I just won't use that location again.

3 Tellers have really helped me out tremendously. Shari, Marissa, and most recently this morning Tiera. She is truly a step above the rest. As well as all the tellers there are in general. I've worked for St Francis for 18 yrs retiring in 2010. And in during that time and since, would not ever want to go to a different credit union to do my banking... Because these people are truly fantastic.

Had a great experience today. Was greeted at the door and Miss Tiera was very pleasant and took care of my needs and asked if I needed anything else. Very efficient and helpful.
